    I am curious how hard it is to add the remotes to a truck. I cannot seem to find any shop that knows and few articles about them. Since 2016 Kenworth pre-wired the trucks, but nothing says if all I need to buy are the remotes or the plug in controller. I cannot even find how to program replacement remotes.

    If anyone knows of a link, a shop or has done this I would be grateful to know.

    Check with you local dealer. There is a kit to upgrade to add fobs. It includes both door modules(window switches) and 2 fobs(remotes). Pretty sure the instructions are in the box.

    Your truck must be equipped with power windows and locks to upgrade.

    Sounds like a plan. 2 Kenworth shops had no idea but I will keep looking.
