DOT, CHP HARRASSING TRUCKERS

Years ago. Before the “certified clean idle” decals started, I saw them writing tickets for idling at the truckstops in Ontario

 

I'm not a skateboarder so I'm not sure what he was measuring. It wasn't an OS. The trooper had a long tape measure and he was alongside the trailer. The guy was definitely parked when I pulled in for fuel.

 

I believe it cause my buddy was sitting out there in a truck stop yesterday telling me about it.

 

That's carb tho ...not carrier enforcement.

 

I like this guy.

 

You know I wonder how hard it would be to get those stickers to add to older trucks just to mess with them or if you would get in trouble for doing it

with all the policies and regulations california is putting in place they will drive out all the people in no time... it seems they are the ones that think its a joke, all they are doing is driving businesses and taxpayers away with their big governement and beaurocratic nonsense.. im not sure how anybody runs a profitable business in that godforsaken place

I don't recall but one in a truckstop over the years and he got onto my fuel tank while I was in the middle of cabover paperwork. Everything was scattered and piled in a half circle.

"Hey driver, you see such and such?"

"Hell no, Just working on the company papers"

What do you mean hell no? You getting uppity?

Here we go....

Whats really interesting is that he went all the way deep inside the Foxboro Truckstop to ask me that. Of all the trucks in that property he has to pick me.
