I’m out of company headquarters in Mt. Sterling, IL. Part time is on an available basis. A call or text from DOT on Wednesday here in IL to inquire about your a availability for the next week. Thursday - Wednesday. I was told the company expectation is that a part time employee work a minimum of 1-2 trips/days a month. Wish you the best in your part time work schedule. In the trucking business DOT is a first class company.

Not sure about local no touch. I ran traditional 5/2 full time delivery position. Made 86K 1st yr, & 96K 2nd yr. DOT quotes 65K a yr to start, I believe that is possible with full time local transfer or close to it. I had transfer drivers/ no touch full time making 5-10K less than I was a yr. DOT FOODS has 14 DC’s across the country with about 1400 trucks in their fleet. All automatic Volvo’s & Peterbuilts. They hire new drivers & experienced drivers. Pay is really good! They quote 65K first year, you can easily surpass that by 10-20K if you aren’t lazy. They have delivery (touch) freight drivers & transfer ( no touch) drivers. They also hire teams. About the only restriction is to live within 100 miles of a DC or a Drop Lot. They’re fairly selective in hiring. Forward facing cameras. Very little micromanaging from the office. Loads are assigned by email or phone call, confirmed the same way. Excellent family owned company to work for. Great pay & health benefits, 401K, etc.
