    I recieved my 3rd call back from DOT. The first was with the general manager at the drop yard in Strafford, Mo. Then a short interview with someone from HR and face to face next Thursday. They emailed the references and background check today and I sent them back. What should I expect from here on out?

    A very thorough agility test measuring pulse/ heart rate along with correct lifting technique. Driving test. They’re very selective. Do what your asked to do the best you can and you should be fine.
