Awesome man! Good luck to you. Pm me if you have any questions. It’s been 2 years here for me and I cant complain. I do have my bad days, here and there, but overall I feel blessed. Dot is my first company. The benefits, pay and coworkers are top notch.

    Daddiopwns Thanks this.

The bpm is by age & weight I believe. It can be passed, although the most thorough physical I’ve had for any job I’ve ever had.

Daddiopwns, UhOhh and JOHNQPUBLIC Thank this.

Well, they're moving forward with me. Waiting to schedule the physical and drug test. Pretty excited.

That is such a great moment when they give you that ‘hired’ phone call. Especially after those barrage of stressful tests and interviews. I think I heard they only hire like 5% of all applicants. Great news!

They hire 3-5% of applicants that interview. Turnover is around 18-25%. They want to reduce that #. Good luck with your physical!

Well, my references, MVR, CSA are all done. The hiring manager has to look it all over and decide. If he says yes, they'll offer me a job. How long does it take the hiring manager to decide?

Thanks. I'm not a patient person. So, having to be patient through this is killing me. Lol
