Made it 6:38. He is a crybaby that don't know how to hustle.
But since you like putting up propaganda, @dvrtech77 do you even drive or own a truck? Kinda disrespectful posting his story to make a point.RedEddie Thanks this. -
I'd like to send them a bill to collections for lost time and wages. They play favorites and when loads were available they refused to inform me or assign anything over 1.40 to my truck. Texas, Georgia, or Tennessee. The first in first out is a lie. They would forward me 10's of loads $1.20 or under but nothing for the rare decent paying load. I'd just so happen to find them before they got removed from the board but we're already covered.
Expecting a coordinator that is supposed to be earning %35 of the gross to do their job is not being a crybaby. Being petty is turning off all legal means of moving or getting them their property which they will bill you for if you don't or letting you use the tag and insurance you have paid for to get home is petty and fraudjsnell Thanks this. -
Landstar is looking for trucks
mtoo and CJndaTruck Thank this. -
Didn't seem like a crybaby to me.
Furthermore, in this day and age, if you're hauling freight for a $1.20, it better be light and it better be coming out of Florida.runningman0661, jsnell, Trucker Paul and 4 others Thank this. -
I watched the entire video at 1.75 speed. It makes me suuuuuper happy that I ain't in bed with no one but my wife!!!!
I am so glad I never ever ever ever ever even considered leasing on with someone or running under someone else's numbers.
I would rather fail miserably and go down in flames than want to deal with that (*^(&*%@! -
He's crying. Alot of larger company's like mercer work on a net work system. You have to get to know the agents. You are not employed by them. If your pulling only the loads offered to you. You will go broke quick. You need to be calling agents, networking, hustling. Not setting around waiting for emails.
Everyone knows that a agent with its own trucks will load them first. But prove yourself and make a few friends will go along way.
Alot of the larger flatbed carriers operate this way. If you can't survive in that situation, you will not make it with your own numbers. If can't sell yourself and negotiate, you need to stick to being a company driver.
They do not hold your hands. -

Thats the only part of his crying I agree with. It should be itemized. It probably is in a equipment lease. He's not telling the whole story.
Read Your lease. -
The issue with having Knowles truck service doing all the work needs to really be investigated because I also know somebody who put eight brand new tires on the trailer and then turned it straight in and Knowles went ahead and put eight new tires on the trailer anyway and try to charge the guy… Money says there is underhanded deals between MERCER and this guy… I don’t think it’s an issue of people not wanting to pay I think it’s an issue of MERCER not being honest about what they’re sending and just sending a generic hand written invoice that says trailer wear and Mercer flat out refusing to disclose what was done.. also the deal with the insurance this guy is absolutely correct because I had terminated my contract in mid September and then jack ### has tried to charge me for insurance all the way through the end of October… These clowns are a bunch of crooks and I hope they go out of business there’s no telling how many people they’re doing this crap with but they’re very unscrupulous
