    There’s no way on earth this can defended in any way…one thing to do it at home on your own time but in CMV on duty…this is what this industry has fallen too..

    The question was asked on the comments too on the video…i don’t think the at the initial stop he mentioned anything about drugs it was after they were escorted to parking lot he mentioned it

    My first couple of years in trucking, I never smelled weed at a truckstop. Now I smell it all the time. I know there’s drivers at some of the pilots and loves smoking weed because I can smell it very close by often. The level of quality of the drivers has drastically seem to have decreased the past couple of years.

    It’s not just drivers but the companies as a whole.
    Apparently this company has never heard of RANDOM DOT DRUG SCREENING or the federal drivers clearinghouse!!
    Either way that company is toast!
    They can kiss their CSA score goodbye!!

    Heck,earlier this year I was tested 3 times-2 were randoms approximately 3 months apart,1 was when I got my DOT medical renewed!
