Driver Training??? Any at all????

Guys,
Who in the world is training your drivers? I was at ES3 in York, Pa last night and a driver and his trainer had one of the drop lot aisles blocked for about 20-25 minutes while he "attempted" to back in to a slot and drop his trailer. I was so pissed as those of us who can drive and back have things to get done. After he finally gave up, with trainer standing in the lot dumbfounded as to what should be done, he proceeded to move to another section and block it. This time only for five minutes. Then he decided to block the entrance. Finally he moved out of the way and I was able to get around. I pulled up to the trainer and said "good luck buddy, you are gonna need it". The problem is that he looked as clueless and lost as the one driving. Sure had some pissed off drivers waiting for him to get out of the way.

NOTE TO TRAINERS.........ES 3 in York, Pa not a good place to train drivers to back. It's tight and they WILL get in a jam. Yikes.

 

Hahahahaha. If it takes any of you Western Express dopes 20-25 minutes to back into a slot you should find another job. And being that he had a trainer standing in the lot guiding him should I have taken over. Or how about the second Western Express truck sitting in front of me, also stuck. What should he have done. He did nothing. Part of the problem indeed. NO, I just know how to drive and park. I now know that Western Express is just as bad as the Swifties.
