What do yall run? I have both and been trying to test it. I'm not sure if they use the same info to determine who gets red lights or green lights. I've got red on prepass and green on drivewyze and vice versa. Of course either of them give me a red, I have to pull in. I'm just testing it. Seems 100% random to me. I'm testing it because my prepass has broken or malfunctioned on me 8 times in the past 2 years and I have to keep sending it in and getting replacements.
Drivewyze vs prepass, which one is better?

My company just added Drivewyze to their Peoplenet. In the 5 days before I uninstalled it, I got 2 bypasses. The rest were either non-Drivewyze scales or pull in's, including 2 pull-in's on closed scales. They also turned on that safety pop-up crap that warns you of roll-over dangers and steep downgrades (that popped up AFTER the warning sign on the side of the road)

I tried both. Independently & Simultaneously. If either of them shows red then you must enter a scale. Prepass was more effective. Where I run, there are not too many drivewyze only scales, except the one on I 94 at WI/MN state line before the twin cities. But that one never allowed the bypass anyway.

Are you a small company? 50 tricks or less? If so, just get an ez pass from the state of your choice, you could have a 10,000 lb load on or even empty, and if it flags you for inspection, youre getting a full level 1 no matter what. Im not making it any easier for them to automate my getting pulled in the scales.
You need a larger fleet before inspection volume and csa scores allow you to "hide in the pack" as it were.feldsforever Thanks this. -
Have them both, green wins over red every time, see ya!
