Hello everyone I have a question regarding being hired with misdemeanors.I have a number of misdemeanors for petty theft and for disorderly conduct. The most recent petty theft is 3 yearsold
I wasn't sure how companies view misdemeanors. My question is will companies still hire me after I finish school?

You will be fine. TYPICALLY you are asked for an felony convictions. But, just follow the question and answer it honestly.

Well - any employer would frown upon it. They're going to trust you with 100k+ worth of equipment, and a fuel card. Dishonest drivers may sell spare tires, sell fuel, tire chains, securement equipment . . .

It's all about track record, so you're going to have to convince them otherwise, that you've changed your track, and will be a trusty horse to ride.

    Good luck.
