The cap to the windshield washer fluid had split in half horizontally. So I super glued it. And unbeknownst to me super glue doesn't stay where its put. I screwed the cap back on about halfway and set a rock on top of it.
Im guessing the glue gave in to gravity. Because now the cap won't come off....any ideas. Can I heat it up with out melting it?
Even of this makes you laugh, can u still help

Acetone is how we removed it from Laminate when I worked in a shop. But it is slow and it can melt plastics to so be careful not to soak it.

It could've been worse, it could have waited until you went to take it off to harden...to your fingers. That's how my luck with super-glue usually goes.
shooter19802003, feldsforever, Pamela1990 and 3 others Thank this. -
Its usually like a 5 dollar part, why in the world would you bother to do that? In the future if youre just worried about it burbling out or something getting in, just use duct tape, i hate it, but thats probably the right temp fix
