Don't think the locksmith will do it, when I needed to get one he needed proof of ownership (truck) and I'm assuming he's gna ask if you own that boot. If you park in the hotel parking lot why didn't u just showed them the receipt that you have a room?

No ticket form police? Just the tow company be slimy. As others have said. Home depot rechargeable Ryobi angle grinder a few cut off wheels maybe $150. Maybe you could help out others in the future for a small fee

Lawyers answer legal questions. You cannot reliably reason your way to the current or correct legal answer unless you know the definitions of words as lawyers understand them and are familiar with current legal decision in the jurisdiction in similar situations.

If you were gardening for a living would you ask professional gardeners to answer this question?

Just so you know, the locksmith won't touch it unless you can prove it is yours. They can get sued by the owner.

If you park on property that doesn't want you to park there, you only have yourself to blame for any consequences that come from it.

See how personal responsibility works? If you don't want to get booted, don't park where you aren't allowed. Fairly easy concept I always thought, but going by the people here that can't take personal responsibility it does seem a foreign concept.
