    We are a trailer dealership that had trucks on the road and lawsuit in Kentucky over trailer and want to stop these outrageous lawsuits.

    I’m no lawyer but I’m pretty sure you can’t file a class action counter suit. Perhaps you can be more detailed about what specific grievance you have that would encompass a large group of drivers?

    Maybe not in Kentucky, but I did receive tickets and fines many times in my career. But I never thought the fines were as excessive as they lawyer fees to fight them.
