Failed my upgrade test ,now what ?

Went with a trainer for 6 weeks and thought I had it down. Take the upgrade test , driving part goes fine ,then screwed up when backing. ( i know , stupid mistake but thats called learning mistakes happen. )
Get told no second chances thats it .
So now I'm trying to find another company to train and start over with. I basically already know how to drive and as someone who learns from their mistakes I know how to back tho admittedly could use more practice. ( didnt happen much with my trainer )
Now heres the problem, every company seems good to go with hiring me till they find out that I failed my driving test. When I ask why? / as I'd still have to be trained by them I get told they dont want to give me a chance bc if I failed before they figure I'll fail with them .

Can some one help me out here bc I need to work. I have no question that I know I can make it if someone will give me the chance but I keep getting turned down. Whats the deal here ?

 

I failed to upgrade into myown truck. I have my cdl. I'd rather not say what company at the moment , dont want to get into all that. Lets just say its one of the starter companies that trains. I thought I was getting into a decent company. The only major issue I noticed with them was that they try to pressure ppl into the lease program. I was asked comp/ or lease before I tested.
They seem to be more leanient with the test if ur going lease( I was not ) and if u fail the upgrade test you have to go out with a trainer for another week.
When I failed I was told that bc I touched the trailer next to me ( no dammage no accident report needed ) and any contact with another vehical ended my training, so I wasnt given a second chance.
Stupid mistake on my part but now I just want to move on.

 

Jynxx , I'm afraid that may be a bad idea as I know I'v got a weight ticket wile driving with the trainer for them. I think that goes on my dac ?

 

I haven't gotten that far down my list, but thanks for the suggestion. I really dont want to work for england, werner, swift, etc if I can avoid them. Sorry if I seem crazy but I plan to work for someone for atleast 6-12 months so if at all possable I'm trying to avoid getting screwed too badly. Maybe they are all just as bad ? , I dont really know ?
