First one defo sounds like road rage gone wrong. No other reason i can think of to rush into oncoming traffic.

Second one....well that kenny looked like an oversized. He parks and someone hits that load. He is liable and is likely going to get a nuke dropped express right up his tailpipe from the justice system. So his not stopping is understandable. The rest. Eh you could argue that morally they should have stopped. You could also argue legally and from an insurance standpoint that its simply not worth the liability for someone you dont know. And both stances would have merits.

Me personally. This is one i would have at least checked. It looks safe enough to park and throw some of my marine flares into the oncoming inside lane to try to make traffic move over then go check on the dude in the truck. But im not going to #### on people more worried about their jobs snd safety either.

 

Maybe two Europeans that are used to driving on the wrong side of the road.
