The law will see it as vigilante justice, he went out looking for his daughter, with a good idea where she was or he wouldn’t have found her. And what our system, our legal system, can’t condone is this… blatant disregard of our legal system! He will be tried, and charged !!

It's a rare DA, and a politically foolish one, who will excuse a homicide on his own authority. Typically, self defense cases have to be no-billed by a grand jury.

 

I'm not going to continue this conversation beyond this post since we're not in the Politics subforum, but you have said enough things recently to convince me that you are not actually a conservative. And none of the candidates who are running have been convicted of rape.
