That place only sucks when the guys across the way park their vans all in the way and stuff.... or when the next load picks up at the pallet place off Big Town.. that place is a pain in the ###.

Had to go back to NAPA because I bought the wrong alternator but I swapped it for the right style and got it, the battery, and the fan belt installed. Just wish they weren't so expensive. $65 for a fan belt that's a piece of rubber? Unreal how expensive stuff has gotten.

I talked to Mike about coming back and he said I was good on coming back. 2 years at this place I am at now is enough. Just waiting on my vacation pay and take a little time off.

Wound up at my 3rd choice for a place to shut down. According to the garmin it's Pilot, according to the sign it's a Circle K. Apparently it was an small independent truck stop that sold Pilot fuel for a little while before going belly up. Being as I'd struck out twice so far and had just gotten into my last hour of driving I decided to quit while I was behind. So I'm taking my 34 in lovely Campobello, SC. Have already scoped out a Pilot (in the PFJ app) as a potential hiding spot after I empty out. Appointment is at 7 Eastern and I don't have a preplan so I figure there is a nonzero chance I will be done before they have figured out what to do with me. I'm 71 miles away from the consignee so even accounting for having to run to a hiding spot I should have plenty of hours if they can give me something to do. This week is going to come out ~1800 miles and one night of breakdown pay (that'll be a first).
