Twice I’ve bobtailed for FCC from Ontario, Ca to Tacoma Wa for trailer management! That was Joe B’s name for it

So seems to be happening on a regular basis. So we’re hiring drivers that can’t read a BOL properly, or match the load information with a BOL, or don’t have the common sense to make a phone call if something doesn’t seem right.

Can't believe they would keep someone employed if they do stuff like this because that can cause a loss of money for the company and hurt accounts if customers got upset if it happens enough.

I picked up at menards in shell rock ia last week going to valley nebr , when I arrived in shell rock I was informed the trailer I was picking up had been accidentally dropped there instead of valley...all the Paperwork said valley and the load originated in hutchens TX.

I think it's stupid. Sometimes a guy is in a hurry and not paying attention, but I would say check your ship to address on the bills, ship to on dispatch, ship to on directions, seal, and trailer number. If something is not matching call dispatch to find out the problem. Of course you need common sense for that.
