Ugh. Being sick OTR is the worst. Get to feeling better soon.

 

Ugh that sucks. Hard enough paying people to do a job but then having to pay others to fix what others broke sucks twice as bad.

I hope PP makes it right.

 

If they truly care about customer service, they should rectify the problem they caused..doing so is right thijg to do and it would be good for their image to show that they do care about customer and doing them right..which nowadays is huge since so many companies dont seem to care one bit..

 

I didn’t know we had early 3800 series trailers still rolling around. This thing is over 12 years old and shows it. Maybe it’s because it’s in a special wrap?

 

I know mistakes happen, but quality work and the effort required to perform it is becoming a rare commodity. Good luck!

 

Unfortunately there's still some dinosaurs in the fleet. Hoping they'll all be put down once the next batch of trailers comes in

 

To FCC’s credit, this trailer even though it’s a bit rough around the edges, looks to be in better shape than some trailers I see that are probably a lot newer.

 

Checked into my 10 am appointment here at Greatwide chep in Dallas. It’s always a good sign when the first text you get says something is pending with the service center. Let’s see how long I’m here for.

 

That sucks. They are hit or miss. I don’t live far from there. Went to them for a second opinion after my rebuild debacle. Was getting multiple opinions ready for court when I was gonna sue.

They said my vibration was from the driveline. Even when parked at idle. Now there were some minor issues with driveline and I had them corrected elsewhere. Of course this had zero effect on the engine vibration. I expected a better diagnosis from them. Wasted a few hours and couple hundred dollars. Won’t ever go back.

 

I was loaded in 45 minutes. Last time I was here it took almost 5 hours and it was a complete zoo. Taking this load home and I will deliver to Crete sometime Monday. Should be home by 7:30 to 8 pm tonight
