FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

Spent two days in the shop, got out of there fairly cheap this time, only spent $2011.23 this visit. Hopefully the problem is solved and I can stay out of the shop for a few months.

Grabbed a load off the Fremont yard and ran that down to the KCMO yard, dropped it, hooked to a loaded trailer going to Columbia, Sc. Dropped that this morning. Came to the house for a quick reset, will leave out Sunday morning with a load picking up in Maxton, Nc going up to Ottawa, Ks. for Tuesday morning.

 

We can hope.

 

Pay depends on several factors. Job history (if you were a job hopper, if they hire you, you will start out at a lower pay rate) They have a very attainable .06 bonus program paid every quarter. We have three different fleets, Sw regional, MW regional, and long haul, the long haul fleet gets paid an additional .06 for being on that fleet.

Home time is dependent on where you live, they are very good about getting you home when requested, and are flexible on the amount of time you take off. If you come here, do your job, deliver your freight on time, don’t tear up equipment they will bend over backwards for you. I would suggest calling someone in recruiting, they will shoot it to you straight and not blow smoke up your hind end.
