    Delivered my load yesterday in Columbia, SC and then told to deadhead home for scheduled home time. I will be coming back out Saturday and hopefully getting back into my month long groove. The first of the year VA appointments and tests have had me needing to be home every two weeks, and dispatch and the load planners have made it happen.

    Picked up in Sumter SC now near Mt. Vernon IL headed for Broken Bow NE. Missed Maya hoping I can duck Nadia too! My wife seems to be enjoying this vagabond lifestyle though I don't know that I can keep her in this truck for more than 12 days at a time.

    Made it to the Petro in York, NE tonite. Two more hours to Broken Bow then a return load back to Four Oaks NC. Pretty good trip there. Bird crashed into my passenger side view mirror and knocked it against the door window scaring my wife. She was reading in the seat when it hit. Tore the front side cover off. Just b4 we stopped in York. Add a trip to the maintenance bay in Fremont tomorrow.

    Did they not get it fixed. I assume it was your truck i saw at the yard. Red kw ending in 15.

    Decided to take my break at the yard. Del in norfolk at 9am tomorrow then hopefully get a load thru the house.
