I'd love to know what that outfit grosses per month on rental charges. My guess is it would probably be a HUGE number. That would be an ideal business, low stress, low "overseeing", and sit back and cash checks, lol.

 

Truck parking lots in the DFW area are making serious coin. There’s a brand new place going up east of my plant on Wintergreen rd just west of I-45. Called Riggy’s. Showers and restrooms, WiFi, etc.
