Dropped at Wal mart in North Platte, no empties, so bounced 70 miles to snag an empty. Dead headed 157 miles to pick up a pre loaded trailer going to Apple Valley, California for Sunday. Dispatcher is working on something so I don't have to sit over the holiday, fingers crossed.

Just an FYI, and not by any means trying to dissuade you from FCC (they seem to be a nice outfit), but Mast Trucking in Ohio is a good company too, and they would likely get you home more often.

Did you ever hang out on the FDP? If you don't know what that is, then you didn't. Lol

My apologies. I am not aware of anything called the FDP.

No worries, it's a guitar forum and there was a fella there with your same handle. Just curious if you were the same person.

Delivered at Wal mart Apple Valley, Ca. I was the only live unload truck there, in and out in 1.15 hours. I had 4.50 left on
my 70, so I bounced down to Carson, Ca. and picked up my preloaded trailer. I made it back to the TA in Barstow about 2300 lastnight. I won't start getting hours back until midnight tonight.

On a side note, I went inside the TA this morning and ran into a driver I worked with at two former companies, I hadn't seen him in years. Small world.

Dropped and hooked at my delivery this morning, bounced 65 miles to Broken Bow, Nebraska, and picked up a pre loaded trailer going to North Carolina for Monday. I will swing by the house for r another unexpected 34 at the house. I should be home early Saturday, Lord willing and the creek don't rise.
