I’m joining the long deadhead party. Apparently nothing in the Indy area so they’re having me go way out to the far northwestern suburbs of Chicago to pick up my next load, even past O’Hare

 

Definitely quality and workmanship are at the lowest I’ve ever seen… The other thing they seem to do on purpose it deliberately manufacture these vehicles to make it #### impossible to work on yourself so you have to take it to a dealer… Frankly, it’s a joke anymore

 

They just sent me a preplan right back to the Northeast I said nope not going back for awhile getting tired of it out there seeing too much of it for awhile.

 

If you’re talking engine stuff, then yes they are doing that deliberately because that’s how it was written into the greenhouse gas regs. They are mandated to use technology to make it more difficult to tamper with the engine. Because of the points system the gov’t wants a truck to stay how it left the factory.
