I noticed that too. And judging by the seals, it’s quite a lot of Kawasaki loads.

And I added another one, but I think I saw a wide variety in the seals. But either way, noticeably different than CB.

J&C’s new location just got up and running at the start of the week, so that might be part of the reason

New location doesn’t show up anywhere. Hop on 45 towards Houston and take exit 271 to Pleasant Run Rd. Turn right at the Crete terminal, go over the bridge and their new building will be dead ahead of you. You’d have to be blind to miss it

Had some fun around the Inland Empire area... Took a 34 at Beaver, UT and headed down to Victorville this morning. There were two truck INCIDENTS on I-15 at about the same time this morning. One was a truck that had a brake fire at the SB scales on Cajon pass around 5AM. It took me almost 3 hours to get to Chico from Victorville because of all the people that had to crawl past it at 5mph to get a gooood look. The wreckage was about 60 feet off the highway, but it was still 17 miles of stop and go until you got to the scale. The other one was a flatbed with a container of Lithium batteries, and a generator that rolled into a ditch between Baker and Yermo. When I went by it around 0830, it wasn't even smoking, but apparently the batteries did their usual thing and started burning before I left Victorville. I-15 NB is still closed 9 hours later between Midway and Baker.

It amazes me how many people just ride their brakes going down Cajon or virtually any other grade. That one guy who claimed his brakes failed when he plowed into stopped traffic in Denver 5 years ago? Yeah, his brakes failed alright. I'll bet my yearly income that he rode his brakes down the mountain until he burned them up.
