That’s why I’m glad I’m only out M-F. Don’t deal with any of that bs.

The other driver and I dropped my load in Loveland, picked up another load going to Crete, then bobtailed to Fremont. Didn’t get back into the yard until about a quarter to 5 this morning. Those new gen T680’s seem to be real clunkers. The other driver told me that he was on his third set of injectors before 350k, not to mention all the body panels that seem like they aren’t put together with a whole lot of care. A nice enough truck but i wouldn’t want one.

I’m getting put into 1919, which is essentially the same truck i’ve been driving. I was originally told 1465 again, but politely declined

the guys is breakdown come through again. Shane gave me 2.5 days of breakdown pay (almost $600) and will reimburse me for the 3 days i spent for the hotel for that whole fiasco last weekend

I COULD get a room, but I like to go see all the stuff I have to just pass on by in the truck. One time, I had a real short day the day before, just delivered a load from where I had parked, about an hour or so away. After dropping the load, I had 45 minutes on my 70, and 32 hours before I got anything back on recap. So I wasn't tired at all. That car was pretty much moving the whole 24 hours I had it.... I dropped it off, went to the truck and slept 8 hours, woke up before my alarm and sat in the seat waiting for 33:59:59 to become 34:00:00....

There’s not a whole lot of room in there. 3 usable docks. It’s on a hill and their fence and gates are stupid.

reason #58 why i’ll never own a truck. It got towed to Grand Junction because it was a little closer than Denver and said that they were able to fix any possible frame damage it might have. Well, it did turn out to have frame damage and stuff. That dealer decided to be sleaze bags and all of a sudden, they didn’t do frame work anymore, so now it has to be towed all the way to Denver.

Shane isn’t too happy about that

I'm surprised theu didn't tow it back to Nebraska with that much damage.

Yeah, I get in an accident on the road if it’s not totaled I’m not going to leave it close to where it happened. It would be coming back to where I wanted it repaired.
