finally broke down and bought an air fryer. Let’s see if i can cook a steak tonight without burning the truck to the ground

a frying pan and butter is all you need for a top shelf steak

 

A steak grilled over hickory or a gas grill or charcoal is better than a pan fried steak, and the airfryer does a better job than a fried steak alot better just saying.

Ah. You’re from Texas. That explains a lot. Now I know why you think grilling on propane is the way to cook a steak. You probably prefer a sirloin too.
