If it's Lincoln, it all depends on what side of the lot you drop it on. Dropped on the east and picked from the west or out in the lane will be high. Dropped facing west and picked from the east will be low. The yards not level.

Whelp, I’m going home Wednesday instead of Tuesday. Picked this up in Aurora, she’s been leaking a while. Right at the minimum line for hub oil. So I’m swinging through CB first thing in the morning and getting rolling towards Clayton once it’s done.

Run it through the car wash with the doors open.

Yup. When I picked up from Lincoln on Saturday, got flagged down by one of our O/O that slid the fifth wheel under the king pin and needed a hand holding the plate down to get out from under it. Had a nice conversation with him in general.

I have only been with the company for 2.5 months. Nick is my driver manager and I have zero complaints. I average 3350 miles a week. My buddy who is a 20 year Crete driver is thoroughly impressed. The 3350 is an average with home time included. I stay out 4 to 5 weeks. I am disappointed if I don't hit 3400 miles a week. I have ran 4000 in a week once. I keep my PTA and my ETA updated in real time. I don't personally see how Nick could be more efficient managing me. My 2 cents for anyone who is interested.

The miles are here if you communicate your ETA and availability with dispatch, and are willing to stay out three to four weeks. When I do, they run my dick in the dirt.

I’m glad you have no issues with Nick. He’s a nice guy but we could never get on the same page for some reason. I ran less miles than you do on OTR but that was by choice. I’m perfectly happy only running 30k a quarter. Anything more is a bonus

which way would you guys go from Osage Beach to Rolla? One app is having me take some windy state highways to 63 and then south. My Garmin is taking me via a longer route but it keeps me away from windy roads IMG_5049.png IMG_5050.jpeg
