If we'd start charging the companies for storage that are leaving loads on the trailer(s) for more than 10 days at a time, we'd have more empties.

Delivered in Moorestown, NJ and bounced over to Carlisle to grab a preloaded trailer for Joliet. Between Carlisle and Breezewood, the truck derated and I limped it to the TA in Breezewood. The shop at the TA feels like it’s most likely the def tank wiring harness or def level/quality sensor.
So I got towed to the dealer in Altoona, sitting outside their gate. I guess we’ll see what tomorrow brings. -

I was just wondering if anybody on the forum runs southwest regional out of DFW..Got a few questions:
How are the miles with weekly two day home time? Can you approach 2500 miles in 5 days regularly?
What is the average length in haul on SW regional?
Can you park your rig at the Dallas yard? No issues?
Thanks for your time and I've enjoyed scrolling the thread.Friend Thanks this. -
I'm having problems of my own. Thankfully not truck related. Woke up feeling funny but started my pre trip anyways. Proceeded to upchuck outside and started to feel like ####. Informed dispatch and ran up to the 24/7 to grab some medicine since that's the only place open at 2:30 am. Back at my truck now laying down. Hoping it's just food poisoning or something vs stomach flu
Friend, MidWest_MacDaddy, rokue and 4 others Thank this. -
If any of you ever come to Wellpet in Lockbourne, OH.... pack a lunch... I have been here for 4 hours now, and they haven't even started loading the trailer yet, because they can't find one pallet. This week has been GARBAGE so far. All short loads with appointments. The last two loads I have had to wait 21 and 17 hours for appointment times. My last 2 days have had fewer miles than I usually do in 1 day.

So going to try this as a apu it's a misting fan that runs on battery hope it works well in the truck lol. $200
Update: The misting feature not great in the truck because it soaks everything but the fan itself is great since it runs 6-8 hours on a charge.Attached Files:

Getting the truck back this morning, luckily the parts and labor were covered under warranty. The tow bill $1257.64 and two nights in the hotel $274.00 and of course the lost revenue.
They sent a driver yesterday to rescue the load, so now I just wait for dispatch to find me a load.
