Voblos dont allow you to lock the door with it open either so you cant lock yourself out. That is till linkage breaks to the handle then youd better have a key to get in the passenger side

Got to meet CDavis again today which was cool even if I did almost get flattened by one of the hook and book brigade.
Got to play with the trailer tape again. Empty I snagged in Olathe had suffered a misfortune and was seeping a bit. I did what I could in case it got Shanghaied and called in that it needed to go to Caravan in the morning.
My loaded wagon had recently been touched, and not by an Angel. Used some tape on the damage by the FCC logo since the seam was a bit wavy.
Had a tire missing a chunk out of the sidewall so I’m getting a tire changed for the second day in a row.
Knucklehead, azheavyduty, cdavis188 and 1 other person Thank this. -
They are changing the hubcap gaskets as well on the rear axle. I’ve gotten blackpilled on those because I have spent so much time getting them replaced only to have them leaking the next day both at our shops and outside vendors that unless it’s egregious I just check the oil level and go.
Knucklehead, cdavis188 and rokue Thank this. -
I think they've gotten a bad batch of hub gaskets lately because I've also had a few of those starting to leak and they didn't look that old either probably just better the check the level and go unless it's leaking badly
Knucklehead and cdavis188 Thank this. -
Funniest lock out story I’ve got is when I locked myself out of an International WITH the key. Discovered after I locked it up to go piddle that the key would lock the door but not unlock it. The lock cylinder from the passenger door had been moved over to replace the one on the drivers side that had failed previously so there was just a hole under the handle on the passenger side. Fortunately someone had the same problem before so there was a coat hanger tied to the exhaust stack brace.
cdavis188 Thanks this. -

Great to see @DonRobbie at the ACT yard before he almost got ran over.
I was driving out of Kansas City on 635 near the state line when a flock of geese decided that flying out into the path of a 65 mph truck was a good idea. One of them wasn't fast enough so I have a few feathers and goose #### on the side of my truck as a souvenirKnucklehead, DonRobbie, rokue and 3 others Thank this. -

As to Spare Keys, ya, one in the Truck and one on a key ring with my car key… always in my pocket.
Knucklehead and rokue Thank this.
