Have you looked at a Honda? I have a 2012 Accord with 240,000 on it. It is the best most trouble free car that I have ever owned. Bought it used in 2015 with 75,000 on it. I will drive it until it dies. Just make sure the engine has a timing chain and not a timing belt.

I bought a Toyota a few years ago It's an 18. I think the trim was xse - the second best trim. Didn't care for the interior. Seat was a bit uncomfortable. #### thing didn't even have a mirror defroster! We gave it to our daughter.

We have a Subaru (21)/ We like it, but it's expensive to repair. It's also a nannymobile. Last one of those we're getting.

I'm definitely a Honda guy. We had an 07 Odyssey with just over 300k on it. When we gave the Toyota to our daughter, I got a 14 Pilot that my son drives now. Talk about roomy! Storage - yep! I'm almost 6'4, and I have to move the seat up a little. Looks like the 25s have the boxy storage room again. years 16-23 I believe were the same style everyone else had. You really couldn't tell the difference between an Odyssey minivan and a Pilot SUV. But since they're back to big, a Pilot will be our next new car. Go check em out. You might be surprised.

im not a big fan of the styling for the newest generation, and I'm certainly not a fan of tiny turbo charged engines. A non turbo 2.5 I4 will simply last longer than a turbo 1.5 I4. It's just plain common sense. I don't buy into all this turbocharged crap. Turbochargers belong on high performance vehicles and diesels, not everyday commuter cars

It’s funny. I was a GM guy forever, and then once I left that world, that’s was it for me. I own a Nissan Armada and the Honda. Might try a Subaru. My youngest now has two of them. He and his wife love them.

Very true on the small engines with turbos, but if I were to try one, Honda or Toyota or maybe Subaru would be my only choice.

My wife and I really like the looks of the new Armadas and QX80s, but that twin turbo six will prevent me from buying one…..probably ever.

XSE is the sportier model. The one I looked at was a base LE model. It had cloth seats that were pretty comfortable on first impression. It did have a power drivers seat which is a requirement for me

GM and especially Chrysler should've stayed bankrupt back in 08. They've been making absolute #### since. Ford has as well honestly. I've lost all trust with anything domestic
