This happened right up the turnpike from my house. When they get done throwing this dirtbag under the jail, they need to go after the owner of the truck as well for hiring him, the people who he bought the CDL from, the people at the DMV and the state of California. My condolences for the 3 people that were murdered, but hopefully because of this tragedy, maybe now something can be done to end this death and carnage on our highways.

 

Florida is going to handle him for sure..don’t mess with Florida

 

He’s being held by ICE. I just hope he’s not deported. He came here illegally, hopefully now he can stay here legally, in a 6x8 room with no windows for a number of years. Can you imagine what it would be like coming from a country that makes little rocks out of big rocks, then spending years in a jail in a foreign country with no one to visit you and having your freedom taken away? Hopefully he spends his time in Raiford State Prison up in Starke.

 

From my understanding florida is going to prosecute him and he’ll be deported after his sentence is completed.. he’ll definitely serve some time in Florida penitentiary before he is deported

 

Good. Hopefully by the time his time is served and he’s deported, he’ll think twice about swimming across the river or hoping a fence illegally.
