first tank of gas i averaged 41 mpg at 70 mph most of the time (verified by trip odometer and basic math). My route did take me through a number of small towns. Salina to Shakopee, MN. I had enough gas in the tank to go another 100 miles. 2nd tank was a bit lower, in the high 30's. However i did stop for about 2.5 hours to nap with the car idling. 40 or better is definitely achievable. 16 gallon tank

Mine is still running on original tires. Michelin Energy Savers I believe. Not very long lasting though. I'm only a couple mm's away from hitting the wear bars with only 24k miles. I'll be putting Michelin Defenders on when these completely wear out

Non hybrid, standard 2.5l 4 cylinder. Makes somewhere in the neighborhood of 205 hp. Definitely not a powerhouse but the curb weight is only 3250 lbs. It's decently quick for what it is. It's not a noisy 4 cylinder either

I see we have a new HoneyTrailer… or at least I don’t think I e seen it before. Honey theme focused on the local bee keepers. The style is a bit different from our other wrapped trailers.

How new is it… with my memory it’s brobanly been here for a few years and I don’t remember or never saw it.

    stay safe

    Ordered a StarLink mini today…

… going to see how well it works for my setup and needs.

Can be pricey to run the unlimited package but they now have a $5/mo unlimited data but at like 3g speeds which covers half of what I need… $50/mo for 50 Gig then $1 Gig after that… I’ll run the cheap slow option to replace my stand alone WiFi hotspot. So I’ll save money there (after equipment purchase but it’s only a bit more than I paid for my old WiFi hotspot)

might switch to MintMobile too… cheaper plan on the T-Mobile network for basic needs and can always kick the StarLink into high gear if I need something outside T-Mobile coverage or data package.
