Been running Kawasaki loads lately. Took a load into Savannah then reloaded there going to Moorestown… today and tomorrow running Two Stop Dealer out n backs… then I think a reload back towards the Mother Ship is the Plan… subject to change of course.
Had an unplanned 34 up here in NJ on Monday… grabbed the Savannah Reload and thought it was an appointment for Monday. Arrived and checked in and discovered I was a day early… LOL … they were swamped and wasn’t sure they could work me in and since I had the Dealer Run scheduled for Tuesday as well I just opted to shut it down at the local Oasis on the NJTP and squeezed in a 34 so I now have full clocks to roll me into the Holiday Weekend.
So I guess that’s a Silver Lining.
To be clear, it was I that misread the Appointment Date… I think they thought I’d take a 34 in Savannah over the weekend but it all worked out fine.
Better a Day Early than a Day Late.
stay safe

It's cheaper but I no longer get tax deduction on that after this year since I went back to company but the thing that made me mad last night is no post ups at the fuel island they started the new rates at the end of September I didn't know since I haven't been stopping at quick stars in awhile so when I got fuel it would have been helpful to know while I was fueling because I would have put in 75 gallons including def but they didn't have anything up so I got the usual amount FCC wanted me to get 50 gallons so I got 50 gallons because that was the free shower amount before. I went in and had to pay for a shower because I thought I would have a free shower hence why I got mad.hope not dumb twucker and FullMetalJacket Thank this.

I can't imagine what their truck smells like without a person taking a shower at least every other day. That's just gross! And it's sad that truck stops gouge driver's for paying for a shower. Is there a cost to the truck stop, yes but not that much! I was a home every day driver for 30 years and showering was obviously easy. I was once at the counter waiting for paperwork when a driver came in. He smelled so bad so that he could have knocked a buzzard off of a shiot wagon! I talked to my supervisor about it. Long story short, he allowed the driver to use our shower in our locker room to clean himself up.

Some of these areas that these truck stops operating cost a fortune to operate in because the state local governments get ridiculous with their regulations and taxes, and what nothope not dumb twucker Thanks this.

I buy these by the case from Amazon and keep them in the truck at all times. While they won't get you as clean as running water and body wash, they keep you from smelling like a homeless person. I used to keep a bottle of the rinse free soap like hospitals have, but the brand that worked the best was no longer was available, so I started using these...and they keep the stench away longer than baby wipes.
hope not dumb twucker, Lonesome and rokue Thank this.
