I was wondering why I didn’t see “where” it came from. It just fell out of the trailer and the driver didn’t stop.

Imagine getting home and backing up to unload the trailer… getting out to discover a missing cow… LOL

It will. Recruiting is a good example of what you will find in every department. Good people from executive level to shops and all points in between.

 

I’ve stayed at the Lincoln Yard a couple times.

There is a rental yard that we use in STL too. (Gateway) Not sure if we have several spaces there like the other yards or just rent a spot as needed.

 

Time to whine… been fighting off a cold bug since I visited my mom this past weekend. Was just a day or so of being over it. Then today a different flu bug found my cab. Aches pains headaches chills possible fever bla bla bla.

I do so HATE being sick OTR. Shutting down a bit early now that I’m within striking distance of the receiver and hope a good nights rest is all that’s needed.

I just got over that. The good news is it’s like a 24 hour bug. Least for me it was hopefully that’s the case for you.

I made it to Fremont. The hotel is nice. Orientation starts tomorrow at 7.

 

I'm with ya Midwest. This guy keeps asking the same questions over and over and over, then says he's coming to work here. Couple of months later he shows up asking the same questions again

 

I feel ya! Being sick and still having to drive is definitely not fun. I’m home and still feel ugh. I’ve had - something - since the beginning of January. I feel pretty good some days and then, bam, right back at feeling awful. Sneezing, stuffiness that just won’t let go, fever off and on, sinus pressure. Even my teeth hurt. It’s all in my head-quite literally. But at night, I wake up super dry. I’ve been drinking Gatorade, but I think I’m going to switch to pedialyte. I try to get outside in the sun for vitamin D for at least an hour a day, too. I’ve always been very deficient in D and have taken a supplement prescribed by my doctor, along with a calcium/D for my old bones for years.
