Midwest, you need to get back on this gateway to Clayton account. I got roped into helping out on it, not a fan of! LOL although it isn't nearly as bad as that Tulsa to Lancaster crap I helped out on a few months ago. They need to hurry up and hire some more local guys. I definitely won't be doing this stuff anymore in a couple of weeks once I start that lease!

Met one of the new local drivers on this dedicated route today. New to FCC, running out of STL, and been here a few weeks.

Nice Guy. I invited him to join us here so if a new guy steps in here make him feel welcome.

motocross25, Bumper and dwells40 Thank this.

Have fun with that brother, finally got my butt off of it yesterday, headed up to Romeoville I picked up a load to take down to KC and drop this morning then headed down to the house. I am just not cut out for that local guy stuff, and two deliveries a day to that Mars was making me want to murder them LOL. On a different note, one more week as a company driver! Attorney in my truck some point the middle of next week and get stuck in a loaner for a couple of days while they do everything they need to do to it to get it ready for the lease program. Then Monday the 2nd, I'll be starting the lease

I saw an oversized boat hauler take out pumps on both sides of a Pilot fuel bay once...and kept trucking. Thankfully it wasn't the bay that had the pole holding up that part of the canopy

Kinda reminds me of the council bluffs pilot. There for a while they had 3 pumps down because they were hit.

I can sympathize completely, I’m the same way with Chewy in Belton. Apparently Mars in KC got some new chick for “head of outbound operations” or something. She followed the shag driver that just does Mars back and forth to the drop yard, and walked around with him and told him all the stuff that needs to be fixed. He let her finish and do her spiel, then told her we don’t own the property. So this should get interesting in a hurry. One thing I found particularly hilarious was she wanted all empties padlocked and/or sealed so bugs don’t get in. o_O I have yet to see an insect with opposable thumbs, but when I do I’ll let you guys know.

Sealed and pad locked, for bugs? Must have some tough bugs in that neck of the woods. So tough that can open a trailer door  :SNAKE5::bonedemon:
