That's what I do when I don't have access to a squeegee. Spray it on, let it soak into the bugs a few minutes, then use the wipers and washer fluid to rinse it off.

This is my weekend getaway between April and October. Even though the weather sucks this weekend, we still enjoy getting up here as often as possible.

Here's a little tidbit take the lid off the dawn bottle place a plastic bag over it put lid back on trim to fit and you have to worry about it leaking everywhere. Works great.

Good tip, especially if you run from the flat land of the midwest over the mountains out west.

I had my little bottle in a freezer bag, standing upright in the little cupholder looking thing in the passenger door pocket. That little bottle just ran out two days ago after three years. But standing upright like it did, it never leaked, even if the lid did pop open climbing over Loveland or any other pass.

On this Memorial Day please take a few minutes to think of those men and women who in wars past never made it home. Who unselfishly gave their lives for what they believed in.

Close to 30K men and women have taken their own lives since returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. In my mind those are combat deaths as well.
