Well I'll be heading off to northern Michigan tomorrow to visit and spend time with family. Got my load paperwork and truck squared away last night. I'll also be taking my uncle down to Arkansas before coming back to Kansas. About a 2800 mile trip in total. I'm not scheduled to go out again until next Thursday.

Looking forward to spending some quality time with loved ones. The upper peninsula of Michigan is beautiful this time of year, with great weather. Already have a few activities I would like to do. If you've never been to that area, I would highly recommend considering it for a vacation. I lived there for two years and it was amazing. The area has a very distinct culture and identity and there's tons of stuff to do if you're an outdoors person. There's just too many great things about the U.P. to list here.

I've been to Marquette a few times. My favorite area is the Keweenaw Peninsula, around Houghton and up to Copper Harbor. Very beautiful. It becomes stunning when the leaves start changing.

Starting at 75, everything south along Woodward is actually pretty nice.
