I grew in northwest Minnesota and Eastern North dakota so that may explain some things lol.

The freight market now is horrible especially on the dry van side so be glad you have a load .
Most companies are operating at a loss right now after expenses .
Just be patient the tables will turn .

    runningman0661 and drvrtech77 Thank this.

Well, found a couple little things. One part they can’t get so who knows what they will have to do there. Nothing power related. So I’ll check in with Breakdown in the morning and I assume I’ll be heading to the Dealership.

    Joy, Oh Joy!!! :)

    bzinger and BigR Thank this.

Maybe you can use that as an excuse to bug them for a new truck

Oh no need to bug anyone as that has been the plan for some time now.

I spoke to Mike about a few things a couple months back. (By the way, awesome guy) They rotate out the company trucks between 450-500k. So this truck, which is currently at 486k, will be rotated out at some point soon but it’s just a matter of getting to that point. We aren’t fixing the APU since it’s going to be traded out etc.

But gotta have new trucks in stock before we can make that swap.

So just a matter of time which I can live with unless this current issue becomes a major issue.

Just bad timing all the way around for both Driver and Company, but they will take good care of me either way. Great Company in that area.

bzinger, cdavis188 and BigR Thank this.
