Saia will hire anyone. They’re taking brand new drivers straight out of CDL School in Denver and sending them out to Grand Junction and back with 2 weeks of training.

Money is probably way above average because hauling oversize/overweight loads such as military helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, military trucks, etc. You will be trained at the company for this.

 

Freight is really slow for dry van right now, so focus on refrigerated and flatbed.
Foodservice pays really well and should be able to make $80 - $100G the first year.
