Yep, I had to let a new to me driver go his second day on the job! Now I get to go recover the load and deliver it.

I guess it was one of the old heads on here complaining about how they dont like or understand eld and instead rather run 20 hrs an day.lol

May this be a warning to all the single owner operators who are getting starry eyed right now with the rates and thinking they're going to strike it rich by adding a truck or two. Not saying this was nightgunners sole motive.
Also, not saying it can't be profitable, but the odds are against you. I've got buddies who have added an extra truck and can't keep them rolling with guys who are dependable & conscientious.
