It might take awhile but those accidents will go on your record.I wasn't there so of course don't know exactly what happened but with respect sir sounds like you're finding every excuse not to own up to what happened with anything. You're going to have to put this company on your applications because its now on your DAC.Then the employer will call this company and they'll say you got terminated and will want to know why.But if by chance they don't find out, companies do from time to time look at drivers mvrs that's presently employed with that company and if they see those incidents on your record you will get terminated if those conclude that you're at fault.I'm telling you all this so you can be prepared.
First trucking job experience was a nightmare. looking for advice.

The only one I was at fault for was the bus mirror and it was a newbie mistake. The other 2 I was hit so what is there to fess up to? Doesnt everyone make at least one mistake at first? I was only driving 2 weeks.
Can others clarify? I have to put this on my resume now so my driving career is now over after 2 weeks? -

If it were me I would put it on the app and hope for the best because like I said companies will find out.Now im speaking from otr trucking companies not class b companies. But its still the transportation industry so chances are they do from time to time look at drivers mvr because drivers do get tickets and such and are suppose to report them to safety but some do not .So companies check for themselves. One was a hit and run which means your companies insurance had to pay for the damage. How much damage total would you say was done?

How would I get clarification on this issue? Im getting conflicting answers -
Does your company use DAC services? If so then it will go on your DAC as possibly preventables. You can get a copy of your mvr at your local DMV station.

That can be good or bad.
It's probably best to put this job on your applications and be honest about what happened when asked. The rear-endings aren't really your fault for the most part and can be explained as such. The mirror killing seems like a newbie mistake and there are lots of drivers who have done much worse who are out there driving right now. No tickets, no violations, so there you go.
Have at it. -
Mudguppy Thanks this.
