Does anyone here use a FitBit, or some other type of step/sleep/activity monitor in a watch?

i have a gear s2, dont really use it for fit/sleep monitoring. It tend to pickup my driving as "bicycle" so i turn it off.

I have a Fitbit but I do t think it's accurate. Any arm movement whether I'm walking or not get counted as a step.

I've had a Fitbit Charge, Charge HR and now a Samsung Gear S2 Classic. I haven't driven a truck while wearing the Samsung, but the Fitbits were definitely counting steps while driving. I also compared my Fitbit to my wife's and for an equal distance walked mine read quite a bit higher. I don't know if the increased step-count was due to a faulty unit (we didn't swap), vibration from the truck or perhaps something physiological--like higher natural electrical energy? Both Fitbits read higher than hers (same models).

I use a sleep app on my phone, and have a Fitbit charge HR as well. I'm that guy that looks crazy walking all around the rest areas, but I like keeping myself in "fat burning range" for at least 30min a day. Coolest thing about the Fitbit is watching your resting heart rate go down every month that you try to be healthier. Schneider also has workout rooms that we can use at a few terminals like Memphis or Dallas, lets me keep an eye on my heart rate to know when to switch back to the treadmill from the resistance machine.
They are not very accurate though, I'm guessing within about 10-15bpm. For a actual rate you really need a chestband.

I just use s health on my Samsung s6 phone. Counts how many steps I fail short of 10,000 every day. It is pretty accurate. It also does the "fat burning pace" judged by how fast you go. I bought a fitbit and never used it. I do not like to wear any jewelry.
