    They won’t, since congress handed regulation created and modification to these agencies, they will make it complicated to keep people working,

    My company's yard move instructions already allow for that option, as long as we keep it under 15 to 20 mph, and don't travel on public roads.

    It's just the nature of a bureaucracy. It frustrates to no end how the FMCSA can be at times.

    I really don't see the problem.
    They are trying to clarify the definition of a yard move, and I didn't see anything in there that I object to.
