Saw that the other day on the Landline News site. They need to stop with this "guidance" crap and codify these definitions so it will be applied in a more standard fashion nation wide.

My company's yard move instructions already allow for that option, as long as we keep it under 15 to 20 mph, and don't travel on public roads.

EROAD didn't shut it down for distance and speed or location.
Not sure what Keep Trucking does yet. -

I really don't see the problem.
They are trying to clarify the definition of a yard move, and I didn't see anything in there that I object to. -
I wonder what would happen if they let actual truck drivers make up the rules. I genuinely wonder what the industry would be like
