I've been away from SYGMA for too long to comment on them anymore. Best bet would be to find drivers to talk to.

Pretty much answered your own ?. Yes I work for sygma the schedule sucks. But the pay and benefits are great. The management is overworked so they don't have time for you or any problem that may arise. The warehouse is terrible at loading and selecting orders. So if u don't have allot of patience ,a really good back , no life outside of work, or a family that needs u at home I wouldn't try it. Just advice from the inside. If they could just fix the share house issues it would b great.

right now i work for sygma in columbus im an extra board driver by choice ive been there 3 years awesome pay i gross about 70000-80000 per year depending on how much extra i feel like working i like it but like he said i have no family i have a strong back but i do have a life outside of work. i am one of the youngest drivers there though so i have time to still have a family if i want one only 23 years old our pay scale is a little different than other centers ours goes by the amount of peices in the trailer usaully 1200 to 1900 on single man routes we make .247 per case and on team its some where around 16 cents per case single man per stop is about $4 on team its about $3 single man per mile is 40.2cents team is 52.668cents spilt each center does stuff a little different yes we work mostly nights and some of our team rotes are a little bit longer than other centers but thats because we are the bigger center for sygma and we have more stores so we go to saint louis,MO ,georgia, michigan, phillidephia,PA ,s carolina and N carolina and most of kentucky and all of ohio we deliver wendys, tim Hortons (day time deliverys), cold stone, donatos, Max and Ermas, Panera Bread, steak n shake, and jenny craig

hope this post helps out some people

I couldn't agree more man I been with sygma two weeks and yea it is physically demanding but it's nothing the human body can't handle. Like my HR manager said " our body's were made too live in the outside world " AC or fans didn't exist in early creation and they survived
