Was curious about the topic when I saw this thread yesterday. Just did a quick search and yes foreign med certificates are accepted.
Was curious because of all the cross border trucking.

my sister was in Mexico went to the dentist. They took x-rays went out in the backyard. Put them on the clothesline with a close pin and looked at the x-rays ha ha ha ha.
