Most likely it's the typical alley dock type of scenario or just pull into the yard and back it into a spot. You'll be fine, don't over think it and GOAL when you need to. All The Best

When I was there it was .50 cpm for OTR and .55 for regional you typically get less miles then OTR but your pay is higher in regional and the highest paid driver there was one my mentors there does a dedicated run he's always in the top 5 highest-paid driver there every year he clears over 100k and still home fairly often but he's from OKC.

They need to bump those numbers up but I think Freymiller pay has always been on the lower side. Plus you still gotta pay for your own scales and wait to get reimbursed! C’mon man. Setup the cat scale app for the drivers.

As I recall unless changed they reimbursed you for the first weigh. And the average mileage is above average compared to other carriers. The downside really is only one terminal and they really hate to have trucks worked on outside that terminal, outside of tires. To be reimbursed you had to have the paper receipt and the scale ticket both in with your paper work never made sense because the cat scale tickets said how much the price was the other issue I had was getting trailers short of Liberal,KS or dodge city it was a pain to find one because 90% the trailer rarely changed outside those area and if it did it was a pain to final another. I never had a pay issue with them one the highest OTR companies I went with mostly due I had a great dispatcher and we worked well together I would be there still but I hated OTR, always did . You either love it or hate it, never anything in between its a lifestyle and not one I care for I loved traveling, I hate living out that small truck which is why I use a much bigger RV to visit places on vacation now next vacation is Yellowstone, been on my bucket list a while now then alaska obviously during the summer and unfortunately that's when the giant mosquitos are around...

@dieselpowered look into Open Roads for discounted RV diesel

I've been with Freymiller for 2 weeks now. On my 2nd load both were 1200+ miles starting on a Thursday with delivery scheduled for Monday

So far I like it. Would prefer more miles but I'll give them benefit of the doubt due to a tire issue and the shops in Phoenix seem to work at a snails pace. 12 hours to replace one tire!

Freymiller trailers all carry a spare. We are told to use the spare and bring the damaged tire back to the terminal.

The truck I was assigned - 2022 KW - has twice the miles vs the 2023 International I had at Western. The KW is nearly silent inside. I've had cars with more squeaks and rattles. APU to power AC, fridge included. Provide your own cooking equipment.

The KW is a bit lacking with storage space and layout but I'll still take it over the international.

A few more comments as they pop into my mind

Fueling is pretty much any Love's or TA / Petro you want. They say they prefer Loves.

No forced routing. They tell you we're to pickup and where to drop. On the driver to figure out how to get there. Although a few toll roads they will not pay. So no micromanaging.

Been told we run everything below I80. Rarely above that

Glad to hear things are working out for you! That KW will save your body, and specific fuel routing can be a pain because those companies will choose the crappiest locations that may take 45 minutes just to get in and out, keep us posted.

there's a couple drivers down in my neck of the woods that work for them. One drives a white 579 ultra loft. The other drives a yellow 579 mid roof. The equipment looks very top-notch and always looks clean. I see them a lot on I-95 in Florida.
