I went to Great American Truck Show today in Dallas. Parked down at the Cotton Bowl and caught the shuttle up to Kay Bailey Hutchison Center which I noticed is only a short walk to Dealey Plaza. My exwife is a JFK freak so I sent her a text that I was gonna walk over to the Grassy Knoll, want some pix? Anyway it was very cool to see the Grassy Knoll, bought a ticket to the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza as well. They won't allow photography on the 6th floor but will on the 7th floor. Took a couple short videos, the first one is the 7th floor window not 10 feet directly above the sniper's nest Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly assassinated JFK with a rifle. Second video is from the Grassy Knoll itself. Exwife peed herself watching these lol.

I have to say I was very emotional being there. Seeing the sniper's nest and the cross in the road, the fence, and Zapruder's position. And the ton of people milling through the museum on a Thursday afternoon.... something I would expect on a weekend, the young people visiting, the people from foreign nations also visiting who knew just as well as any red blooded American the importance and significance of the events and power of the place and president.Last edited: Aug 26, 2016

The expirations must be tough being born into a wealthy political family, that is until one becomes aware of the possibilities.
