Getting my CDL soon, what's this REALLY like?

    Am I making the same as a 3 year company driver in the trades as a first year tech? Yes
    Am I working more than 8 hours a day? No
    Do I have the potential to make $70 per hour in 5-10 years? Yes

    I liked tankers. Or flatbed. Didn’t have appointment most times. Just as soon as you get there.

    Those LTL companies I listed that show day cab trucks pulling doubles, are the fastest way to reach the $100G+ jobs. Again, one year experience in any other type of trucks using a CDL-A is the key to those jobs.
