Giltner, Jerome Idaho is decent

    LOL! Exactly what I was thinking. Sounds like a desperate recruiter. Well, I actually drove for giltner out of Jerome Idaho. This guy who says they're OK doesn't bother to mention all the bad: Many hours waiting w/o any pay at the port picking up bananas or pineapples all bound for wal-mart. All the wal-mart deliveries are at 3:30-5:30 AM where you will wait for hours again w/o pay. Then you wait for a re-load over the week-end, again w/o any pay. But the bottom line is weekly pay which is in the $450-600 range, which if you figure what you are being paid per hour, it works out to about $4-$5 an hour!

    I was with giltner until I went in to get my fuel receipts, and came back out to the fuel island to find the Giltner company truck was being hooked-up towed by the repo company. Took a week to get another truck.
